Success Story - Dianne Sonda 

 Dianne was struggling within her current environment as a senior leader. She had lost her confidence and, for self-protection, just tried staying in the background. However, this didn't work for Dianne as it was not her natural, authentic self. She started to doubt her capabilities, and her confidence level was spiraling down. She knew she needed to speak up and grab their attention. After all, in the past, she was a confident woman in leadership. What had happened to her? What happens to high performers that lose their confidence?

  • Dianne's current environment was taxing and unsupportive of her current needs. 
  • She had been through a lot of workplace professional development. However, the modules were formal training with a little dialog. She wanted something more specific to her needs and not a one fits all program. She chooses personal coaching for fast-results and personal power to speak up and grab their attention.

Dianne knew that she needed support and she took action. Having personalized coaching  created fast-results and in just 5 weeks she had found her confidence and was able to speak up as an authentic woman in leadership

Dianne was searching for more than just a standard training program. She was looking for something to help her to regain her confidence quickly.

Dianne was going through a stressful time within her current environment. She recognized that she needed to regain more confidence and develop some new skillsets to cope with her current situation.
She had withdrawn entirely from others within the company, just surviving every day. Her confidence level was at its lowest, and she recognized that she needed external support.
The conflict within the company had escalated to external board hearings, and she had to put forward her case as to what had occurred. This was a daunting experience for Dianne and something that nobody should have ever had to experience.

Dianne become one of my personal coaching clients. 

Her coaching package was designed around how to lead gracefully as an authentic woman in a leadership program.

This coaching package gave her a safe space to open up and share the impacting her. Her inability to be able to get back the confidence that she had, but as well, to accept that that's perfectly normal as part of the transition process.

The coaching focused on her internal processes, such as her mindset, and developing new skillsets around handling difficult conversations. It was a combination of both her internal drivers and her external skillsets combined that helped her gain new insights and speak up with confidence and conviction.

It is helping her to take self-responsibility while acknowledging that the environment can be quite tricky. So it realizes that and where you feel that is part of the process, and those are the conversations you can't have in the workplace.

Those are the conversations you need to have, and you can't do that on your own.

In just 4 weeks Dianne had a renewed sense of confidence and was standing by her principles  while communicating with intention, conviction and poise.

The workplace has not changed; however, Dianne has tapped into her inner-power aligned with her values and purpose being an empowered authentic woman in leadership.

To push against the status quo and find the confidence within herself not to settle for compliancy or allowing herself to fade into the background.

Dianne has a bright future ahead of her. She now dares to seek other opportunities to fulfill her purpose and a more meaningful working environment that follows the leadership principles of empowering others.

Dianne now believes in her capabilities and recognizes her full potential, and will not settle for anything less.
