Cleanworks Australia was growing fast within the cleaning industry. As the company and teams started to grow, Cleanworks Australia wanted to ensure their teams were at the top of their game as they were representing a fast growing company. They wanted to create a culture that was engaged, motivated and high performing 

Provide Coaching support to ease the Conflict 

Kelly & Katie were struggling to handle the conflict with 3 team members within Clean works. 

  • Kelly and Katie were struggling with 3 team members in particular
  • They recognized a few team members who were not communicating and noticed conflict was beginning to affect the culture and productivity
  • Documenting and putting in place the roles, KPI's, Responsivities provided a solid framework for all team members to adhered to

Kelly & Katie knew that as the Teams were growing quickly. Formal training and development was required to take the company to the next level and build their reputation as "caring for their people"

Step  1

One on One Leadership Coaching and Group Coaching program was designed and implemented

Lee designed a 12 month coaching and training program that included value alignment of all departments across Cleanworks and behavioral coaching for senior leaders.

Step  2

Cleanworks wanted to know what their clients needed to exceed their expectations 

Speaking to Cleanworks clients allowed Lee to get a good understanding of how Cleanworks was perceived by their clients.


Once this information was complied, then the programs were adjusted for training around areas that were highlighted for improvement


Processes and Systems were documented and put in place to ensure all issues were resolved whilst having a reputation of excellence within the cleaning industry
