Raymond has been working within the hotel industry for over 12 years. Within his time as a General Manager he has always recognized the development of people and the culture. When I first met Raymond, I noticed the time he took to empathize and encourage an employee he knew was having some family issues.

He wanted to know how this had occurred & invited me into the Company for a discussion around training and coaching of his senior leaders.
He became curious and wanted to meet me. I as invited into his company as their coach.

This was a session where I was able to put forward a coaching roadmap and a tailored plan to support his 2 team leaders who were struggling within their role.
The proposal was set in place and the coaching commenced.
Coaching and Training Development Sessions were specifically developed and implemented into the company for 11 senior leaders.
The Changes were consistent and both of the senior leaders became more confident, outgoing and proximity increased.
This was the time when Raymond saw the same consistent results had occurred. He then invited me into coaching 11 of his senior team leaders and they all got the same results.
The plan and roadmap was in place and the coaching and training development commenced.
This is when Raymond approached me to coach him personally. He achieved more Confidence, more adaptability and knew exactly how to change his approach in difficult situations.
He also gained high level coaching skills to coach his people more effectively.
